Pizzeria Barcelona

Pizzeria Barcelona is a highly-regarded eatery situated in the centre of the small community of Axvall, only about a kilometre from Valle Camping. The pizzeria, located next door to Stigs Motormekaniska, has occupied this site since the 1980s. Before the building became a restaurant, it housed a motorcycle shop.

For a local favourite, try the Barcelona Special, topped with beef fillet, asparagus, mushrooms, garlic, and cayenne pepper.

The establishment was run by the same owner until 2020 and has recently undergone a renovation under new management.

There is plenty of indoor seating available, and during the summer months, guests can enjoy their meal on the outdoor terrace. Takeaway is also a popular option—simply call ahead to place your order. You can generally expect your pizzas or kebab plates to be ready for collection in the usual 15 minutes.
